The Peer Connect Program at the Feliciano School of Business connects new students with experienced student mentors to encourage academic and personal growth. Business student mentors guide mentees through navigating business studies, balancing academic demands, and exploring major opportunities and offerings. Participants build lasting relationships through one-on-one mentoring, group workshops, and leadership development events. Mentors will support students in developing professional skills and enhance preparation for academic success and personal development. This program promotes an inclusive and innovative learning environment that defines the Feliciano School of Business.
The Ellyn A. McColgan Student Services Center will oversee the Peer Connect Program. Professional academic advisors in the School of Business will recruit, train, and support mentors. Mentors will be compensated for their role on a semester-to-semester basis.
